Our History
Ace Services of NWLA LLC was established in 1996. Company founders Chris and Kathy Baez had worked as technicians, office managers, and route managers with different pest control companies.
Wanting to "do it better," they merged their knowledge of the pest control industry, and Ace Services of NWLA was born.
Initially, insect pest and termite control were the only services offered, but our business grew quickly. Chris' ability to take on dangerous pests like wildlife and bee swarms and Kathy's talent to treat everyone with special care, from "storeowners to surgeons" and "mechanics to mayors" soon had our business booming.
We've come a long way from the days when it was a one-man and one-woman operation to a company that services over 1,800 properties a month.
Featured in the local media numerous times for removing structures of rats, bats, birds, and other pests, we use only EPA-approved and registered materials.
That's why we're the premier locally owned pest control and wildlife removal company in the Shreveport-Bossier area. Contact us for a FREE phone estimate.
When choosing a pest control or wildlife removal company, there are several questions to ask.
- How long has the company been in business? How long has the technician been on the job?
Verify that the company (and the technician) has experience to handle your problem, not learning on your time. - Are the technicians drug screened and background checked? These people will be in your home and business, verify that they are top caliber! Our techs are drug screened and background checked!
- Are the pest control and animal control technicians certified, licensed, and insured?
Verify that their technicians are trained, certified, licensed, and have workers comp insurance! - Does the company provide service agreements?
Beware of "no contracts." That also means "no guarantees." - Does the company have safety equipment for its technicians? Ladders for heights, bee suits for wasp/bee treatments, control poles for wild animals?
- Is the company locally owned or is it a franchise operation
Franchise, referral, and nationwide companies always mean higher rates (usually 30 percent higher than a local company).
